Sponsorship Opportunities

MABA offers sponsorship opportunities by Level from Silver through Premier with a range of promotional benefits. In order to help you maximize your exposure, MABA has included Customized Sponsorship opportunities that include all benefits listed in the Premier level. If not all available packages are sponsored we reserve the right to reassign based on availability or the appropriate refund will be given. If you would like to discuss an alternative Custom option, please contact us at info@mdaba.org.

Exhibit space is provided to all Sponsorship Levels (except Silver) for both commercial and nonprofit agencies. Exhibit tables will be assigned by MABA and include: a draped table with two chairs, and one wastebasket. All logos, ads, company descriptions, promotional materials, and any complimentary registration information will be collected upon selection of sponsorship level.

Customized Premier Sponsorships

Social Hour/Poster Sponsorship – $8,000 (0 available)

Your company will be highlighted as the sponsor for the networking event and poster session supporting behavior analytic research. To showcase your company, you can place your signage at the entrance to the poster session. MABA will supply a poster stand, if needed. Your company logo will also be placed on cocktail napkins.

Coffee Sponsorship – $7,000 (0 available)

Place your company logo on coffee mugs for all attendees! All other coffee-related necessities are provided by the venue. A sign with your logo will also be displayed at the beverage stations. Cups developed and supplied by MABA.

Event Bag Sponsorship – $6,500 (0 available)

Place your company logo on the Conference tote bags! All attendees will receive an event bag at the registration desk. Your company logo will be visible throughout the entire conference and beyond. Bags developed and supplied by MABA.

Notebook Sponsorship – $6,000 (0 available)

Have your company logo printed on the cover of notebooks for all attendees and distributed in the event bags. Notebooks developed and supplied by MABA.

Lanyard Sponsorship – $5,000 (0 available)

Show your support by sponsoring the event lanyard for all badges. Company name or logo printed on the lanyards. Each attendee will receive this item during registration and can wear it to display their name badge throughout the duration of the events. Lanyards developed and supplied by MABA.

Selfie Station Sponsorship – $5,000 (0 available)

Have your company sponsor a fun photo booth at MABA. Every photo taken will have your company logo in the backdrop. Select photos will be shared on MABA social media sites including Instagram and Facebook.

Sponsor Complimentary Membership & Registration Form

  • Gold receives 1 complimentary membership + registration + BACB CE package for the conference day.
  • Platinum receives 1 complimentary membership + registration + BACB CE package to either the conference day or workshop day.
  • Premier receives 2 complimentary memberships + registrations + BACB CE package to either the conference day or workshop day.

Sponsorship Materials

After registering for Sponsorship, you will be contacted to submit the promotional materials offered within the Sponsorship Level. Materials may include:

  • High resolution logo
  • 150-word program/company description to be placed on our website when your logo is clicked on
  • Full page ad: 8.5 x 11 full page flyer custom to your program/company (this can include a program description, job ad, or contact information) that will be included within the pages of our electronic event program and/or emailed out to all MABA members prior to the annual events

All materials need to be supplied to MABA no later than November 1.
