Our programs focus on building meaningful skills in the areas of communication, social interaction, and daily living, delivered through center-based, home-based, and community settings. Each treatment plan is developed and overseen by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and implemented by highly trained Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who bring compassion and creativity to every session. We emphasize family collaboration, ensuring that caregivers are empowered with tools and strategies to support progress beyond therapy. In addition to direct intervention, we provide parent training, BCBA supervision, and school consultation to promote generalization and lasting success. At The Learning Tree ABA, our mission is to help each child learn, grow, and thrive—rooted in evidence-based practice and genuine care. |

What began with a few families has evolved into a statewide team united by one mission: to deliver meaningful outcomes through trust, collaboration, and clinical excellence. In 2025, we launched Maryland’s first Hispanic ABA Division, expanding access for families who prefer Spanish-language support and setting a new standard for inclusive behavioral health.
Our BCBA-led team is committed to advancing the field through innovation, mentorship, and research that strengthen both clinical practice and workforce development.

– Holding the industry accountable with trusted, transparent accreditation through the Autism Commission on Quality.
– Providing hundreds of hours of training annually through our conference, leadership summit, and regular webinars.
– Giving members a voice with federal and state policymakers. We advocate for policy reforms that help people with autism access high-quality ABA when and where they need it.

We are the nation’s fastest-growing provider of autism care, delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy across a rapidly expanding footprint. Since our founding in 2020, we’ve scaled from a single clinic to nearly 70 operating areas in more than a dozen states, supported by a high-performance corporate infrastructure and data-driven decision-making.
Recognized as the #5 fastest-growing private company in America by Inc. magazine, ABA Centers of America is a self-funded, founder-led organization- a rarity in today’s healthcare landscape. We’ve achieved this growth without private equity, relying instead on operational discipline, smart capital allocation, and a relentless focus on outcomes.
Our Origin Story
ABA Centers of America was founded by a father whose personal journey navigating autism care for his daughter revealed deep gaps in access, consistency, and quality across the system. Determined to disrupt the status quo in the autism care field and eliminate the unacceptably long wait lists for treatment, he built a company rooted in compassion, clinical excellence, and a relentless commitment to care that makes a difference.

Social skills training, offered through the Beyond the Bell program, focuses on enhancing communication, improving peer interactions, understanding social cues, and reducing anxiety in social situations. Additionally, the Bright Beginnings program supports families before therapy begins by easing the transition into ABA through foundational skills practice, family orientation, and weekly preparatory sessions—helping set the stage for long-term success in therapy.

We believe great clinical work happens when people feel connected and confident. Our BCBAs have room to be creative, use their clinical voice, and help shape how we continue to develop as a team. We keep our focus on child-centered care, strong supervision, shared problem-solving, and celebrating progress along the way.
We learn together, support each other, and genuinely enjoy the work we do. Families feel that. Our team feels that. It’s part of what makes Crown’s culture special.

Our BCBAs work in a supportive, collaborative environment where creativity is encouraged, clinical voices matter, and no one feels like “just a number.”
We invest deeply in professional growth through our signature Mimosas and Mo’s monthly CEU series, in-person trainings, and mixer events that explore topics beyond the typical CEU catalog, including PFA SBT, Trauma-Informed Care, ACT, Neuropsychology, and more.
At Hello ABA, every child’s journey is unique and every BCBA’s expertise is valued. We are growing deliberately, prioritizing quality of care, clinician wellbeing, and a fun, connected team culture.
Say hello to the new wave of ABA.

That insight shapes how we teach new skills and how we help them handle the moments that matter most, whether it’s communication, behavior, or everyday routines.
Our clinicians use data to guide decisions, but they also rely on experience and genuine connection. When something works, we build on it. When it doesn’t, we adjust. Families are kept in the loop from the start, with clear explanations and ongoing collaboration, so everyone feels confident about the direction we’re heading.
The goal is steady, meaningful progress that feels doable for the child and supportive for the family. At Heartlinks, we approach each case with care, and a commitment to making a real difference.
